The Friends of Wellington Parent Classes
As we enter a new academic year, we are excited to introduce our updated curriculum and new changes to our programme. It is wonderful that the College is reopening to the wider community, and the academic and non-academic teams are busy planning a plethora of parent engagement and pupil enrichment activities. The Friends of Wellington (FoW) team has been helping where they can over the last few years with projects such as Pink Day and fundraising for earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria and has now put together a rich programme of parent classes. The Friends of Wellington (FoW) is a parent group that exists to enhance the experience of being part of the Wellington family for everyone.
Classes cover a wide range of aims and objectives including promoting creativity, well-being, fitness, and parenting skills. Each week we will host workshops and lectures that are run by our amazingly talented group of parents, teachers, and friends.
If you are interested in and would like to join any courses, please contact your child’s teacher or Housemaster in advance to make sure you are enrolled on the course, as places are limited. We would love to welcome as many of you as possible!
If you would like to run a course as part of the FoW programme, please do not hesitate to send an email to:
tina.bai@wellingtoncollege.cn.
Please kindly note that the appointment time for the current parent session is valid for one term. For campus security, if you are interested in attending a course, please make an appointment in advance. Much appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
