12.2 Open Day | Establish Effective Parent-School Communication
We sincerely invite you to join our Online Open Day on Wednesday, 2nd December, 1000hrs. At the open day, our Deputy Head of Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin Nursery, Ms Lisa will give you an online tour around the campus to show how unique our nursery is. You will have a chance to know more about our Ethos, the Wellington way of teaching including an introduction of our outstanding teaching team and to feel and experience what a day on campus would be like. You will also learn more about how we use the communicating channels to share information with our parents and provide the most professional support.

With the ever changing landscape of globalisation, Wellington College in Tianjin opened Wellington College Bilingual Nursery in August 2017. This early years' setting is specially designed to meet the needs of children between the ages of 2-6 years old and provides a quality Wellington education to both local and international families. At Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin, we adopt the Learning and Development Guide published by the Ministry of Education of China, and aspects of learning for pupils is also informed and inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage from the UK (EYFS). The educational experience at Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin is a play-based approach to learning where the outcomes and characteristics of eff ective learning are fostered.
