Do you still remember the wonderful moments of the Spring Festival show in the Nest last year? Those laughter and cheers seem to still be echoing in our ears. And this year, our Spring Festival show has new surprises!

This time, Welly, the mascot of our Nest, made a dazzling debut and became the protagonist of Welly's Chinese Adventure. Welly is the closest friend of the children, accompanying them every day in their studies and exploration of the wonderful world. So when the teachers were creating the script, they almost unanimously chose him! On the stage, our handsome teacher Mr Rikki brought Welly to life. He danced with the children, and the scene was incredibly joyous! The smiles of the children were even brighter than the stage lights. They danced heartily with Welly, and every movement was full of childlike innocence and vitality.

In addition to the wonderful drama performance, the teachers also carefully prepared a plethora of interesting traditional Chinese activities! During the rubbing painting session, the children held tools in their small hands and printed unique patterns on paper, experiencing the charm of traditional art. When making candied haws, they watched eagerly as the syrup was slowly boiled and then coated on the bright red hawthorns. Taking a bite, the sweet taste spread instantly in their mouths. The dumpling-making activity became even more lively as the children earnestly imitated the adults, deftly pinching the dumpling wrappers with their tiny hands. Although the dumplings they made had various shapes, they were filled with sincere love.

On Traditional Costume Day, the children dressed in gorgeous traditional costumes, looking like elegant young figures walking out of ancient paintings, confidently showcasing the beauty of the costumes. The school temple fair was bustling, with stalls filled with all kinds of traditional delicacies and handicrafts. The children shuttled among them, having a great time. The Chinese Culture Week is not only an artistic feast but also a vivid practice of cultural inheritance and innovation.

After the Spring Festival holiday, the children at Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin Nursery guessed lantern riddles, made lanterns, and tasted Yuanxiao, coming together for this reunion appointment in spring! From traditional activities to stage performances, every link embodies the enthusiasm of the children and the efforts of the teachers. The children grow up in joy, and under the influence of culture, their hearts are gradually filled with the warmth and wisdom of traditions.

In the future, we will continue to uphold the original intention of education, create more diverse activities, build a bridge for children to explore the world and understand traditions, and plant the seeds of love and dreams in their young hearts.
