During the "Founders' Roundtable Forum" segment, Dr Yang Yang, the Master of Wellington College Tianjin, participated in a roundtable discussion titled "Leadership and International Education Vision of International School Principals." She shared invaluable experiences in promoting international education and detailed the specific practices and measures implemented at Wellington to foster a supportive campus culture. Dr Yang highlighted the school's "Culture of Excellence" team and their efforts towards achieving continuous campus excellence.  

In a personal interview, Dr Yang shared, "I am incredibly proud for the school to receive this honour. This accolade affirms our relentless efforts and commitment to excellence, as well as recognising the collective achievements of the entire Wellington community. We understand that education is not just about imparting knowledge; it is also about shaping values and nurturing character. Therefore, we will always remain pupil-centred, dedicated to cultivating global citizens with a global perspective, a spirit of innovation, and a sense of social responsibility." She provided insights on how the development of artificial intelligence inspires the operation of international schools and discussed the role of educational technology at Wellington College Tianjin.
