During the summer, the school underwent a large-scale renovation and refurbishment to create a new campus environment and layout for pupils. The theatre, cafeteria, outdoor learning areas, and science labs were all upgraded and renovated to support our pupils' learning.

 

 

As teachers welcomed pupils back to school, we were delighted to see new pupils transform from being nervous in the early morning to being confident and excited as they left the campus.

 

The school pays great attention to the professional training and personal development of our teachers. A two-week training and induction programme for new and existing staff has prepared them for the new school year ahead. Teachers from each department, subject lead, and year level have reviewed and organised their classrooms, have been involved with course and curriculum development, including safeguarding training which focused on pupil wellbeing and support. Our teachers are certainly well set for the year ahead. 

 

 

The first day of school at Wellington College Tianjin has been filled with heartfelt moments. We wish everyone an engaging, vibrant, and productive academic year 2023-24.
