Happy Chinese New Year of the Rabbit

21 Jan 2023

As the Year of the Rabbit is approaching, the whole country is getting excited to celebrate the biggest holiday of the year. Spring Festival couplets, red lanterns, Fu character posters, red paper cuts, and New Year pictures with images of rabbits can be seen everywhere. At night, fireworks light up everyone's smiling face, bringing good luck and prosperity to the people who watch them.

During this festive period, traditional decorations were placed around the campus at Wellington College Tianjin, adding to the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year. All of our pupils and teachers are ready to welcome the arrival of the Year of the Rabbit and the upcoming term with hope and high spirits.
