Sensory story performed by Ms. Stephanie

About the Story

Using sensory stories, children are able to actively engage with the story using their senses. For this story the children use their sense of sight, touch and hearing. They can see the pictures, hear the story, touch and feel the mud and water.

This multisensory approach to story telling helps young brains to focus and learn the story, the rhyming words and the repeated refrains told in the story. However, even more important, is that this a fun way to learn English and understand how stories are constructed.
